The musical entitled "Hope - The Obama Musical Story" has a singing Sarah Palin and John McCain, and looks at the life of Obama over the last 20 years or so - from his life in a middle-class suburban family in Chicago; to his first date with Michelle (Obama) to the build up to the 2008 elections.

Why am I not surprised. Europeans always seem to be ahead of the curve. I'd love to see it, but I doubt it will ever make its' way here to the states.
