Sexy Rocker of the Day

Hi there - if you have taken notice of "Kings of Leon" then you must have noticed the hotness of their frontman - Caleb Followill. The band consists of three brothers - Caleb; Nathan and Jared and their cousin Matthew.

Ummm - hot!

Although they hail from the USA they are much much bigger in the UK, where they have 9 Top 40 hits compared to 1 in the USA. There are a couple of guys in my gym who hail from the UK and I alwys heard them talking about Kings of Leon - but at that time I was not really into their music until their latest album "Only By The Night".

When "Sex On Fire" was released it got the attention of rock radio and the song is now a staple there. In the UK the song made it to #1.

There there's "Use Somebody" which is the band's only Top 40/10 in the US which has been nominated for a number of Grammy's this year including the two prestigious awards - Song of the Year and Record of the Year. They have my vote!

  1. Caleb Followill is indeed a hottie, and I love the song Use Somebody...though I do prefer the 'single' version to this remix.

  2. Well, I think the whole band is hot, but if you had to spotlight one, Caleb is the hottest... I also like the music, and can't figure out why they haven't fulfilled all the prophecies to be the next big thing here in the states. They are making far better music than many bands out there, but I won't mention Ryan Tedder and OneRepublic by name...

  3. Hi Zot - I love the remixes because it reminds me of being in a club and hearing the music I like that fits in well with the scene...

Howard - totally here you - I was having this discussion tonight with a friend and we concluded that maybe the UK is more progressive when it comes to music - maybe true!

    WM - yep :)

Raymon - thanks for your comments.
