Sore Crutch

This is me all intense and waiting for my ride to the ride!

I had my first horse back ride last Saturday along the beach. Now - I've been on better beaches - this one was OK - it was a bit dirty, but it was on the West coast, so it was a nice view of the sunset - a bit peaceful.

At first I was a bit scared - I had to wear a helmet - after all you never know if these beasts of burden would get all fidgety - and well  - I'm not the bravest person on the planet. It was however a quiet trot along the beach - so cool!

I think our horse-leader (I hope that's what they are called) was a bit high.

It was also a nice team of friends - one girl from Romania, two guys from Hungary and 1 gal from Cali-FORNIA - yah baby - sweet!

Anyways - after about a two hour strut on the beach the inside of my thighs are a bit sore! But all-in-all it was a great way to spend my Saturday afternoon!'
